The Supervisory Board of “Madad Invest Bank” announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on December 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM at: 71 A. Temur Street, Fergana city, in the conference hall of the administrative building of “STROY MONTAJ INVEST” LLC.

Agenda:

Approval of the meeting regulation.
Review of early termination of powers of certain members of the Supervisory Board.
Election of new members to replace those whose powers were terminated early.
Determination of remuneration for the Supervisory Board members.

The meeting is held based on the Supervisory Board decision dated November 27, 2025.

The register of shareholders for notification will be compiled as of November 27, 2025.

The list of shareholders eligible to participate will be prepared as of December 15, 2024.

Shareholder registration will take place on December 19, 2024 from 10:00 to 10:50.

Participants must present an identification document and authorization papers if required.
