The Supervisory Board of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Madad Invest Bank” hereby notifies that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on March 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the meeting hall of the administrative building of LLC “STROY MONTAJ INVEST”, located at 71 Sohibqiron Temur Street, Fergana, Republic of Uzbekistan.

Agenda of the Meeting:

Approval of the regulations of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders;

Early termination of the powers of a member of the Supervisory Board;

Consideration of the issue of changing the bank’s corporate name;

Introduction of amendments and additions to the Charter of the bank;

Consideration of the issue of concluding major transactions by the bank;

Approval of the bank’s new organizational structure.

Additional information:

In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of JSCB “Madad Invest Bank” dated February 16, 2026:

the list of shareholders entitled to receive notification of the meeting will be compiled as of February 17, 2026;
the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting will be compiled as of March 6, 2026.

Registration of shareholders and their authorized representatives will be conducted on March 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM.

Shareholders must present a valid identification document. Representatives of shareholders must present a duly executed power of attorney in accordance with established procedures.
