Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

The Supervisory Board of Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Madad Invest Bank” hereby announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on June 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the conference hall of the administrative building of “STROY MONTAJ INVEST” LLC, located at 71 Sohibqiron Temur Street, Fergana City.

Agenda of the Meeting:

Approval of the number and composition of the Counting Commission members of JSCB “Madad Invest Bank”.
Approval of the regulations of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
Approval of the Management Board’s report on the bank’s activities for the year 2025.
Approval of the Supervisory Board’s report on the bank’s activities for the year 2025.
Approval of the Audit Commission’s report (opinion) on the financial and economic activities of the bank for the year 2025.
Approval of the annual report of JSCB “Madad Invest Bank” for 2025, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and the independent auditor’s opinion.
Distribution of the bank’s net profit based on the results of 2025.
Election and/or re-election of members of the Audit Commission.
On transactions with affiliated persons and major transactions.
On measures taken in 2025 to recover the bank’s “non-performing” assets.
Approval of the new edition of the Bank Charter.
Approval of decisions adopted by the Supervisory Board of the bank.

Additional Information:

According to the decision of the Supervisory Board meeting of JSCB “Madad Invest Bank” dated November 27, 2025, the list of shareholders to be notified about the Annual General Meeting shall be formed as of November 27, 2025, and the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting shall be formed as of December 15, 2025.

Registration of shareholders and meeting participants will take place on June 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM.

Shareholders must present an identity document, while representatives must provide a duly certified power of attorney.
