Certain payments to become cashless starting April 1st

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP–246 dated December 10, 2025, "On measures to increase the share of non-cash settlements in the economy and accelerate the digitalization of the financial system," significant changes are being introduced to the country's payment system.
